Who you are contracting with

The free trial

Rebrilo runs as the complete application for fourteen days from first launch. Nothing is held back during the trial, no payment details are asked for, and no subscription starts on its own.

When the trial ends, your work is not taken away: editing, culling and the library keep working, and every photograph and every edit stays exactly where it is. What requires a purchase after that is exporting and sharing.

What you may do with it

You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Rebrilo on the Macs associated with your Apple Account, as permitted by the App Store, including for commercial photography. The photographs you make with it are entirely yours. We claim no rights of any kind in your images, your edits or your presets, and there is no watermark, credit or attribution requirement on anything you export.

You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the application itself, nor attempt to circumvent the purchase.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are offered monthly and yearly, at the price shown in the App Store in your currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase: Apple menu › System Settings › your name › Media & Purchases › Manage.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. The period you have already paid for runs to its end.

The one-time purchase

Buying Rebrilo once is a single payment with no subscription. Nothing is held back from it relative to the subscription.

Updates are included — bug fixes, improvements and new features alike, for as long as Rebrilo is being worked on. The application does not expire and does not stop working, whatever happens to that work.

A minimum has to be named, so it is named: at least 24 months from the date of purchase. That figure is not a limit we chose but the period European consumer law already holds a seller to for digital content supplied once, and since 2026-09-27 sellers have had to state it plainly rather than leave it to be looked up. It is a floor. It is not called a "lifetime" licence because that is a promise nobody can keep, and it is not a date on which anything is planned to stop.

Payment, refunds and your statutory rights

All payments are taken by Apple, not by us, and refunds are Apple's to give. Ask through reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with equivalent protection, your statutory rights — including rights concerning goods that are not as described or not of satisfactory quality — apply in addition to everything above and are not limited by these terms. The free trial exists precisely so that you can find out, before paying, whether the application does what you need.

Requirements and changes

Rebrilo requires macOS 26 or later. Future updates may require a newer version of macOS; where that happens, the last compatible version remains available to you through the App Store's purchase history.

These terms may change. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Changes are not applied retroactively to a purchase already made.

No warranty beyond the law

Rebrilo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, and without limiting the statutory rights above, it is provided without further warranty, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Keep backups of your photographs. Rebrilo never writes to your image files, but no program is a substitute for a backup and nothing here should be read as one.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
